For less than KES 2000 ($20USD) a Youth can be tutored by a fellow youth and learn Digital skill . You can sponsor a youth to be tutored on Digital skills , provide apprenticeship, volunteering, employment, work travel, or entrepreneurship opportunities .

Basic Requirements for Youth to be engaged in Kujia Digital Skills Youth Engagement activities.

Tutoring

Basic Education ( O' level) , Youth ages 18-24, resident of low income neighborhoods where Kujia Work

Apprenticeship

Must have gone through Digital skills tutoring and entrepreneurship by Kujia Tutors.

Volunteering

Must have gone through Kujia Tutoring and Apprenticeship Programs

Employment

Must have gone through Kujia Volunteering program and available for NOT less than 3 Months.

Work Travel

Must have gone through Kujia Employment or volunteering program for 3 Months or more.

Entreprenuership

Must have gone through Kujia Tutoring, Apprenticeship, Volunteering, Employment and Work Travel Programs.

Tutoring

Sponsor from 10 Youth to learn Digital skills at KES 2000 ($20USD) where we guarantee 60% of the beneficiaries will be Female and 60% of your sponsorship support at least one female from low income neighborhood as their university/college Workstudy scholarship grant

Apprenticeship

You maybe an individual offering digital marketing, web development, computer repair, data analytics, internet installation, or graphic design services - our an organization with staff offering above services - partner with us to enable our youth get apprenticeship to sharpen their skills.

Volunteering

We are raising a new generation of youth who believe in community service - Youth with a heart for others - after gaining the skills through tutoring and apprenticeship, our youth give back their skills to not for profit organizations based in low income neighborhoods where Kujia work

Employment

Are you looking for trusted youth with exceptional skills in digital marketing, web development, computer repair, data analytics, internet installation, or graphic design - Partner with us to provide a six (6) Months contract renewable to youth you can employ .While our goal is to help the youth transition to entrepreneurship , we allow our youth to find fulltime employment with our partner organizations after the first contract .

Work Travel

After every three Months of employment , we want our youth to travel while they work -this way- we are exposing our youth to life beyond their communities -we are looking for partnerships with different established organizations in travel destinations in Kenya where by our youth can offer them services in digital marketing, web development, computer repair, data analytics, internet installation, or graphic design while they travel.

Entreprenuership

At Kujia Entreprenuership is the GOAL.After learning digital skills , sharpen the skills through apprenticeship, gave back through volunteering , worked and travel- we want our youth to start their own businesses to provide digital marketing, web development, computer repair, data analytics, internet installation, or graphic design services . Those who have managed to start their businesses also partner with us and multiply our mission.
