Since 2019, when Kujia was founded at USIU-A Incubation and Innovation Hub in Nairobi, Kenya, Kujia has engaged thousands of Kenyan Youth -majority young women in ICT.

Kujia promotes ICT for development in Kenya in a manner which empowers Kenyan Youth with specialized IT skills, help techies find where they can serve and enable them become successful technopreneurs.

Mentorship
The Resellers Programme for Digital Resellers in Kenya
Since 2019, when Kujia was founded at USIU-A Incubation and Innovation Hub in Nairobi, Kenya, Kujia have contributed to the empowerment of 1000+ Kenyan Youth. Kujia offers a 9 month mentorship program that starts with mentoring, reselling and then enterprising. Currently Kujia is running The Resellers Programme for Digital Resellers in Kenya.

Kujia supports Cybersecurity with EC-Council University, Data Analytics with EntryLevel, Cloud Engineering with Cloud Academy, Software Development with Developers Institute or Digital Marketing with EntryLevel. Kujia is seeking partner TVETs providing Computer hardware Engineering in Homabay, Narok, Kajiado, Nairobi, Uasin Gishu, Baringo, Turkana, Marsabit, Laikipia, Samburu, Machakos or Kwale. Kujia is seeking its study abroad partner institutions with IT related Programs in China, USA, Australia, Russia, Germany, and UK to enable as many Kenyan youth as possible to go study ICT related programs abroad.
Advising
Career Advising at Kujia provides both high schoolers, college students, and recent Graduates with the best Career advising in their Counties. Currently Kujia Organizes Virtual Career Advising to students and recent graduates.
Internship
Kujia is working with partners to offer internships to students who have successfully completed their IT programs or about to complete their IT programs. Kujia Internship is for a minimum period of 3 months and a maximum of six. Kujia Internship programme is for students who have studied or upskilled in ICT.

Kujia Accelerator — accelerate –Kujia Incubated startups during the mentorship program for growth. It’s another mentor-based program that provides advanced mentorship for additional 3 Months to promising startups founded at Kujia during the Kujia mentorship programmes in exchange for equity.
Startups that are considered for Kujia Accelerator include: Data Analytics Startups,Cybersecurity Startups,Digital marketing Startups,Cloud Architect Startups,Software Development Startups ,Computer hardware Engineering Startups.
All who get accepted to benefit from Kujia accelerator program have more than an idea — ideally a startup with actual products or services. The benefit of Kujia Accelerator Program includes but is not limited to exposure to a wide range of fellow startups owners, mentors, advisers and other entrepreneurs who’ll help our youth develop your products or services , hone their business models and — most importantly — connect with investors. The goal is “Pitching to potential Investors”, including Media Production.
Coworking
Kujia Coworking is working to provide shared coworking spaces to Kujia Accelerator program beneficiaries and alumni to grow their businesses for a period of 24-28 Months.
