Kujia Exchange is a two-week international program that brings global universities, global HR departments, IT professionals, and Kenyan youth together for a transformative experience across Kenyan top tourist attractions destinations .
The program focuses on the six IT fields supported by Kujia Kenya:

- Online Component (Before Arrival)
Separate orientation sessions for:
- Universities → Showcasing postgraduate programs
- HR Departments → Showcasing senior role openings

- Preliminary interviews/consultations
- Pre-departure briefing
- In-Person Component (2 Weeks in Kenya)
Participants travel across Nairobi, Konza, Nanyuki, Naivasha, Maasai Mara, Rusinga Island, and Eldoret, engaging with local IT communities.

Day 7 | Maasai Mara | Travel to Maasai Mara, Afternoon Game Drive, Dinner & Overnight inside the park. |
Day 8 | Maasai Mara → Naivasha | Morning Game Drive, travel back to Naivasha, Evening rest. |
Day 9 | Rusinga Island | Travel to Rusinga Island (Lake Victoria), Evening rest. |
Day 10 | Rusinga | Techies Breakfast Meeting, Lake Victoria Exploration, Dinner & Overnight. |
Day 11 | Rusinga | Depart for Ruma National Park, full-day wildlife experience, Overnight in Rusinga. |
Day 12 | Eldoret → Diani | Travel to Eldoret, Cocktail Meeting (North Rift), Evening flight Eldoret → Mombasa → Diani. |
