Kujia uses a well-structured model called the Triple E Theory of Change — Empower, Employ, Enterprise — which doesn’t just train youth but actively connects them to income and business opportunities. It starts with digital skills training, moves to job linkages, and then supports entrepreneurship so young people can build long-term careers or launch their own ventures

Kujia has a youth empowerment ecosystem designed to help young people find their careers, discover their talents, and build sustainable ventures. Our work is structured into four major pillars, each consisting of four integrated programs that work together to create a complete development pathway.
