Kujia uses a well-structured model called the Triple E Theory of ChangeEmpower, Employ, Enterprise — which doesn’t just train youth but actively connects them to income and business opportunities. It starts with digital skills training, moves to job linkages, and then supports entrepreneurship so young people can build long-term careers or launch their own ventures
