  • Kujia Volunteer Network: Take on meaningful roles as Program Leaders, Coordinators, Managers, Associates, Officers, Chapter Representatives, or Assistants. Volunteers support Kujia’s programs, chapters, and innovation spaces, making a direct impact on youth empowerment and digital inclusion.

Join us today to be part of a movement empowering Kenya’s youth through skills, jobs, and entrepreneurship.

  •  Chapters Outside Nairobi : Kujia is establishing  46 chapters, one in each Kenyan county outside Nairobi, to ensure localized access to Kujia Programs . These chapters serve as grassroots partners  that facilitate Kujia Programs in their Counties , engage in  community engagement, and youth leadership development.

  • Chapters Inside Nairobi : To manage the uniqueness of Kenya’s Capital County – Nairobi , over other Counties ,  Kujia is setting up a chapter in every  Nairobi constituency, to facilitate Kujia  programs in every constituency in Nairobi .

  • Diaspora Chapter: Recognizing the vital role of the Kenyan diaspora in global knowledge exchange, Kujia is establishing a Diaspora chapter with branches in key global strategic cities to support Kujia Programs.

Kujia encompasses a wide range of dynamic programs designed to equip youth with the skills, tools, and opportunities they need to thrive in the digital age. From digital literacy and entrepreneurship to job readiness and innovation, our mission is to unlock the potential of Kenya’s youth and drive inclusive growth.

To scale and sustain these high-impact programs, we invite individuals and organizations to join the Kujia Friends Network — a vibrant community of supporters committed to our cause. As a Friend of Kujia, you can contribute in meaningful ways:

Kujia Kenya is a volunteer-run, youth-led organization that thrives thanks to the dedication and passion of its diverse volunteer team. This team includes program leaders, coordinators, and managers who oversee impactful initiatives; monitoring, evaluation, and learning associates who ensure program quality and impact; partnership and linkages associates who build vital collaborations; resource mobilization associates who drive fundraising efforts; regional program officers and chapter representatives who coordinate activities across counties and constituencies; and assistants who support day-to-day operations at Kujia Spaces and Diaspora chapter branch offices. Together, these volunteers form the backbone of Kujia’s mission to empower young Kenyans with digital skills and opportunities.
