Kenya’s youth population (over 70% of the population) is a massive asset to the country’s growth—but without structured mentorship, soft skills, and leadership training, many youth remain underutilized. Particularly, graduates and youth in the digital space lack platforms to translate their skills into leadership that transforms communities.
Kujia LEADeV seeks to bridge that gap by nurturing value-driven, skilled young leaders at county and ward levels—developed through immersive leadership bootcamps, volunteer placements, and mentorship from seasoned leaders. The program is grounded in community, faith, digital innovation, and ethical leadership.
To equip youth in digital space with leadership development programs for effective personal growth, career development, and county transformation.
- Deliver 12-week modular bootcamps in leadership and soft skills.
- Target graduates, entrepreneurs, and out-of-college youth (18+), including college students during holidays.
- Offer real-world experience through 3–6-month volunteer placements.
- Develop county, constituency, ward, and diaspora Kujia chapters.
- Connect youth with mentorship from public, private, and faith-based leaders.
- Promote digital leadership, ethical values, and active civic engagement.

- Out-of-college youth (18+)
- In-college/university youth (18+) eligible to join during official school holidays
