Kujia Trainers

The Kujia Trainers Program is a national capacity-building initiative by Kujia Kenya designed to develop, accredit, and deploy a strong pool of trainers across digital skills, digital tools and platforms, entrepreneurship, project delivery, leadership, and impact management.

Implemented in partnership with Global Organizations ,EdTech platforms, institutions, and professional bodies  offering Training of Trainers (ToTs), the program ensures high-quality, market-aligned, and scalable training delivery.

By strengthening trainers as skills transfer agents, ecosystem builders, and impact enablers, the Kujia Trainers Program supports youth employment, MSME competitiveness, nonprofit sustainability, and inclusive participation in Kenya’s digital economy.

Background and Rationale

Kenya’s digital economy presents significant opportunities in employment, entrepreneurship, and service delivery. However, many youth, MSMEs, and community organizations face challenges including:

  • Skills gaps in emerging digital technologies

  • Limited access to qualified trainers

  • Weak project management and monitoring systems

  • Inadequate resource mobilization and partnerships

Kujia Kenya addresses these challenges through an integrated trainer-led model that links skills development to jobs, enterprises, funding, and measurable impact.
