The Kujia Workation is an innovative program that blends professional growth with personal rejuvenation for young adults aged 18–35. Participants engage in collaborative projects, skill-building workshops, and networking opportunities with like-minded peers and industry mentors, all within a stimulating environment that encourages creativity and innovation. The program emphasizes a balanced approach to work and leisure, allowing participants to enhance both technical and soft skills while enjoying a change of scenery. Designed for those passionate about learning, innovation, and making a meaningful impact, the Kujia Workation provides a unique opportunity to recharge, grow, and connect in a vibrant, supportive community.

Kujia January – June Workations : Educators & Academia Workations (Skills Focus)

From January to June, Kujia Workations bring together educators and academic stakeholders across six digital sectors. Each event runs Wednesday evening to Saturday morning, beginning with a networking Bonfire, followed by Skills Summits and Awards Galas, and concluding with regional tours of local attractions. Participants from Kenya, Eastern Africa, Africa, and beyond connect with peers and education panelists, showcase programs, and gain exposure through fully in-person experiences.

Kujia Workation programs offers a unique blend of work and leisure, designed to empower young professionals across Kenya. From July to December 2025, the program facilitated immersive experiences in various regions, fostering collaboration, skill development, and community engagement.
