Kujia Skills for Final Year TVET IT students
Access to global digital skills training, certification, and career preparation—delivered at no cost, with a deliberate focus on gender equity and community-based delivery.

Kujia Skills
The Kujia Skills program targets final-year IT students exclusively in TVET institutions located within 35 counties across Kenya, deliberately excluding 12 counties where the Kujia Workstudy program is active. This approach avoids duplication and ensures complementary coverage, focusing Kujia Skills on underserved and rural counties to maximize impact.
Within these 35 counties, the program will partner with 2 TVET institutions per county, totaling 70 TVETs. Each TVET will contribute eligible final-year IT students annually.
Each TVET will have 2 certified trainers, trained through a train-the-trainer model, responsible for delivering the program and mentoring students.
