Kujia Skills Program

Kujia Skills Program is designed specifically for final-year IT students in in Kenya. Offering global digital skills to Kenyan final-year TVET students is a strategic investment in the country’s digital future. As the global economy becomes increasingly technology-driven, there is a growing demand for professionals with industry-relevant digital competencies.

Equipping TVET students—many of whom come from rural or underserved areas—with globally recognized digital skills ensures they are not only competitive in the local job market but also positioned for remote and international work opportunities. This approach helps bridge the existing skills gap, enhances employability, and aligns with Kenya’s national development goals, including the Vision 2030 and the Digital Superhighway agenda. Furthermore, these skills empower students to pursue entrepreneurship, contribute to innovation, and become active players in the global digital economy. By investing in this segment of the youth population, Kenya promotes inclusive economic growth, reduces regional disparities, and strengthens its position as a hub for digital talent.
